We built a complete training LMS for a workplace safety company running NEBOSH certification programs — real trainers logging in, real cohorts being graded, a dashboard someone checks every morning. A few of the harder parts:
Training that works with no signal
Field crews train where there's no connection. Course packs, videos and PDFs download straight to the device, run fully offline, and wipe themselves on sign-out — so a remote site is never the reason training stalls.
Upload the package. We do the cleanup.
A trainer drops in a SCORM package and the system takes over: navigation fixed, re-hosted, and repackaged for offline — no manual fiddling between upload and a working course.
A Word doc, turned into a graded assignment
Instructors upload a Word document; it becomes an interactive assignment with inline answer zones. Students respond in the browser, and the system hands back a clean, branded PDF submission ready for the mentor's queue.
